Duck breast with lavender, fennel and peach purée drizzled with honey and lavender sauce
Our signature dish of Braised oxtail, celeriac crisps, sweet mash, Douglas fir with thyme and sage crumble

For something a bit more simple try The Willow Tree Cafe. They can provide full buffet catering style food at very reasonable prices.
Your Buffet could include homemade pasta dishes, stews, curries, hot pots, Chilli con carne or just a selection of delicious sandwiches and cakes.
They are located halfway between the house and Frodsham open 9am to 4pm 7 days a week.
